RRemitGuard

BUILT AROUND PRACTICE RESPONSIBILITY

Know how your
information is handled.

You should be able to understand account protection, data use and your agreements before you begin.

Payment review without medical-chart access

RemitGuard compares payer contracts with supported remittance payment records to identify potential payment differences. It uses claim and payment identifiers, procedure codes and modifiers, service dates and units, payment amounts and adjustment details for the supported workflow. We do not require full medical charts or clinical notes.

Payment records and their original uploaded files may contain patient names, member identifiers or other protected health information (PHI). A payment-review purpose does not make that information non-PHI. Those records remain subject to the safeguards and permitted uses in your BAA.

Provide only what the review needs

Upload your payer contract and supported EDI 835 remittance records through the application. Do not upload full medical charts, clinical notes, diagnostic images or unrelated patient documents. This guidance does not mean the software automatically identifies or removes every unnecessary detail from an uploaded file.

Access belongs to your team

RemitGuard uses individual accounts, two-step verification and practice-scoped permissions. Administrators manage team access. Users should never share passwords or authenticator codes.

Reviewable decisions

AI-assisted contract interpretations cite their source. They do not activate rates, decide what a payer owes or automatically submit an appeal. Authorized reviewers approve supported schedules.

Agreements before patient-data use

Patient-data processing may begin once both parties execute the BAA and Services Agreement and your practice workspace becomes available through onboarding. No separate written activation is required. Upload only records your practice is authorized to share for the supported services. Creating an account alone does not authorize patient-data uploads.

We are currently arranging synthetic-data demos and guided pilots. We are currently inviting demo requests and arranging pilots. Contact us to discuss participation before providing practice records.

Data use and service providers

Our published BAA master limits use to agreed services and does not authorize advertising, sale of patient information or general-purpose model training. Your signed agreement records the commitments applicable to your practice. Request details about service providers, safeguards, retention and permitted processing before onboarding.

Read your agreements

Review the Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement when discussing a pilot. These public copies are templates; your practice details and electronic signatures appear in the accepted copies saved to your account.

Documents and support

Completed onboarding will provide agreement copies and an application guide. Contact info@remitguardhealth.com for account and security questions. Do not include patient records, passwords or incident evidence in ordinary email; request an approved protected channel.
